Afghanistan seeks cooperation with Japan in education

Afghan Minister of Higher Education Sheikh Nida Muhammad Nadim met with Japanese Ambassador Takayoshi Kuromaya. The talks discussed cooperation in the fields of education and humanitarian aid.

It is noted that the ambassador reaffirmed Japan's support for Afghanistan. He also recognized the achievements of the Islamic Emirate in a number of areas.

Sheikh Nadim expressed gratitude to Japan for its assistance in treating drug addicts and resolving refugee issues. He emphasized the ministry's commitment to developing religious and secular education that meets both spiritual and social needs.
