Thus, to visit Tajikistan and Turkey, citizens of these countries will have to apply to the relevant diplomatic mission to obtain a visa from next Monday.

The visa-free regime between Tajikistan and Turkey has been in effect for four years. Citizens of both countries could stay in a foreign country without a visa for 90 days.
