In this system, constituencies are divided into single-mandate and single constituencies. 75 deputies of the lower house of the parliament are elected by the majority system (voting for a candidate) in one-mandate constituencies, and the remaining 75 are elected by the proportional system, that is, based on the votes given to political parties (based on the party list).
