Trinidad and Tobago announced its recognition of the State of Palestine
Palestine is recognized by 75% of the world, but the Americans and their satellites recognize various groups around the world, but do not recognize Palestine, which has been fighting for its freedom and statehood for a hundred years.
The Republic of Trinidad and Tobago has announced its recognition of the State of Palestine, becoming the 141st UN country to recognize Palestine.
We welcome the announcement by the Government of Trinidad and Tobago to recognize the State of Palestine and consider it a stand in support of our people's right to a land and a homeland, Hamas said in a statement.
We call on all countries to support the right of our people to their land and to create an independent state with Al-Quds as its capital, to stop the occupation and its leaders from the genocide of our people.
It should be noted that two more countries, Barbados and Jamaica, announced their recognition of Palestine last month.
