Kazakhstan's KAZAKH AIR airline has received permission to operate regular flights to Uzbekistan. This was reported by UzDaily.uz with reference to the Civil Aviation Agency of Uzbekistan.

The airline received permission to fly on the basis of the intergovernmental agreement on air traffic between Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan.

On March 13, regular flights on the Turkestan-Samarkand-Turkestan route were allowed.

Flights are made by DHC-8-402 aircraft.
