An international conference on "Islam - the religion of goodness and peace" has started in Tashkent

Today, on October 15, the prestigious international conference on "Islam - the religion of goodness and peace" began in Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan. The event began with the recitation of the Holy Qur'an.
First, presidential advisor Khayriddin Sultanov read the greetings of the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev to the participants of the international conference.
It was hoped that scientific lectures, initiatives, and discussions aimed at revealing the humanitarian nature of the holy religion of Islam within the framework of the conference will contribute to peace and tranquility in the world.
More than 70 leaders of prestigious international organizations, religious figures, muftis and famous scholars from 22 countries of the world, including Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Turkey, Jordan, Oman, Russia, USA, France, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, India and Pakistan, are participating in the conference. .
In particular, one of the mujtahid scholars of our time, professor of Darul Ulum Karachi Islamic University, Mufti, Sheikh Muhammad Taqi Usmani, Chief Mufti of Egypt, Sheikh Nazir Muhammad Ayyod, Head of Darululum Devband Madrasah, Chairman of Hindu Scholars Society Maulana Arshad Madani visited.
At the conference, opinions on the events taking place in the Islamic world, including the situation in Gaza and the Middle East region, were discussed. The conference continues.
