Durov is charged with 6 crimes, including managing an online platform for illegal transactions . Among them are complicity in the activities of an organized group in the management of an online platform for the implementation of illegal transactions (the maximum penalty for this is up to 10 years in prison and a fine of 500,000 euros), refusal to provide information or documents upon request of the competent authorities, and money laundering crimes.
