US Vice President Kamala Harris' campaign has hired a consultant to work with Muslim and Arab voters. She is Nasrina Barghzi, who previously served as White House staff adviser on Muslim, Arab and Gaza issues, as well as reproductive rights, voting and democracy issues.

A prayer hall was arranged for delegates and guests who believe in Islam at the Democratic Party convention held at the United Center sports complex in Chicago. At this convention, Kamala Harris was officially confirmed as the candidate of the Democratic Party in the upcoming presidential elections.
