The Organization of Turkic States (TDT) has entered the international arena as a new geopolitical player. An analytical article about this was published in the American publication Eurasia Review. In the article, the fact that every country is considered an equal member of the TDT is recognized as an achievement of the organization. The author added that in organizations such as the CIS, the British Commonwealth or La Francophonie, the former colonial countries take the lead, while the rest of the countries listen to the words of the powerful in political, diplomatic, economic and security matters.
