The government of Colombia has announced that it will provide medical assistance to Palestinian children affected by Israeli attacks in the Gaza Strip. Deputy Foreign Minister Elizabeth Taylor Jay said the government would take Palestinian children back to the country for rehabilitation with their families. It is intended to use the services of military doctors who have gained experience during the decades of internal conflicts in the country.
