French intelligence increased control over citizens of Central Asian countries. "Large gatherings" of Central Asians were reported in the country after the shooting in Moscow. Therefore, French intelligence decided to focus its attention on the citizens of Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan.
