Macron's party lost in the French elections
Yesterday, June 30, the first round of parliamentary elections was held in France. According to the results of the vote, the far-right "National Unity" party is leading with 34.2% of the votes. The left-wing coalition - "New People's Front" received 29.1% of the votes, while the party of the incumbent President Emmanuel Macron took the 3rd place with 21.5% of the votes. Let's recall that Macron said at the Globsec security forum in Bratislava that Europe should not depend on the US for security.
