Azerbaijan sent a note of protest to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia in connection with the arrest of three of its citizens in Chechnya. The note expressed concern about the possibility of forcibly transferring captured citizens to the war zone on the territory of Ukraine. The Azerbaijani side demanded that the Russian Foreign Ministry understand the situation and take measures to protect the rights of its citizens.
