Who is going to Moscow on May 9?

At the invitation of Russian President Vladimir Putin, several heads of state and government officials have begun gathering in Moscow to celebrate the 80th anniversary of Victory in World War II.

The presidents of Azerbaijan and Laos, Ilham Aliyev and Thongloun Sisoulith, have announced that they will not participate in the parade.
Thus, it is expected that 27 heads of state will be guests at the Victory Parade, not 29 as previously reported.
On May 7, the presidents of China, Cuba, Mongolia, Venezuela, Congo, Brazil, and Ethiopia arrived in Moscow.
