Turkey has successfully launched five satellites into space, further strengthening its space capabilities. These include Fergana's first satellite, FGN-100-d1, and four satellites belonging to Plan-S. The historic mission was carried out by SpaceX's Transporter-12 rocket.

Turkish Industry and Technology Minister Mehmet Fatih Kaçır congratulated Fergani Space and Plan-S on the successful launch of the satellites on social media, noting that such achievements serve the country's strategic goals within the framework of its national space program.

"In line with the goals of our national space program, our space ecosystem is getting stronger every day. The first Ferghani satellite and the new Plan-S satellites are paving the way for future innovations," he said.

The Turkish Space Agency (TUA) said the launch would further strengthen the country's position in space.

"The successful launch of the Ferghani satellite creates new opportunities for global communications and geolocation solutions. Plan-S is a leader in the development of IoT and 6G communication technologies, having successfully launched nine satellites to date," the statement said.

Every moment of the mission was followed live on SpaceX's live broadcast. Tests for the Ferghani satellite were successfully completed in May 2024.

Fergani Space aims to provide sustainable and innovative solutions to the world through low-orbit satellite services.
