The Supreme Court has released figures on administrative offenses committed

According to the Supreme Court, in the first quarter of 2025, criminal courts considered 138,557 administrative offense cases against 162,665 individuals.


105,418 individuals were subject to administrative penalties, and 19,201 were released from liability due to reconciliation.


The bulk of administrative cases were for offenses such as petty hooliganism, failure to comply with the lawful requirements of an internal affairs officer, transporting passengers without a license, insults, violation of trade and service rules, and drinking alcohol in public places.


According to official data, 1,632 cases were reviewed in the appeals procedure, and the decisions against 637 people were overturned. In the cassation procedure, 2,380 cases were reviewed, and the decisions against 1,021 people were overturned.
