The Islamic world cannot stand by and watch this tyrant, infidel Netanyahu - Erdogan

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan stressed in a speech yesterday that the Islamic world cannot remain indifferent to the events in Palestine and the "conspiracy of the tyrant, infidel Netanyahu."

"That is why, wherever there are Muslims in the world, our hearts, minds and souls are with them. That is why we see all Muslims as members of one body, like the teeth of a comb, like the bricks of a building. That is why we are in Palestine today. That is why we are in Gaza today. That is why we can never remain indifferent to the events taking place in Palestine - this occupation by that tyrant, the infidel called Netanyahu," Erdogan said at the opening of the Mawlid al-Nabi week.

The Turkish leader added that prayers are being offered for Muslims who are being oppressed around the world at this time.

"Half of our hearts are here, while the other half is in Gaza, Palestine, Yemen, Sudan and Afghanistan - the bloodiest regions of the Islamic world. God willing, in our prayers tonight, we will not forget the oppressed and the suffering, wherever they may be. We raise our hands to the sky and pray for them too," he said.

Through this speech, Erdogan urged Muslims to unite and fight against evil enemies.
