The Hastimom complex will be renovated during the current tourist season
As the tourist season begins, the historical buildings of the Hazrati Imam complex in Tashkent will be renovated. The Scientific and Expert Council under the Cultural Heritage Agency has approved these projects.
At the meeting held on April 9, restoration work on the Abu Bakr Kaffal Shoshi Mausoleum, Barakkhan and Mo'yi Mubarak madrasas, and Namazgoh and Tillasheykh mosques was discussed. All projects were unanimously approved by the council members.
It is noted that the base of the wall will be covered with Muslim bricks baked in a special kiln measuring 250×250×50. Implementation and supervision are the responsibility of the Cultural Heritage Agency and relevant state institutions.
Projects for the renovation of the Kyzyltepa Historical Museum and the construction of new facilities at the Manak Ota Shrine in Khojaabad were also approved.
