In Uzbekistan, the fight against quadrobers, who pretend to be animals and imitate their behavior, has begun. The Ministry of Internal Affairs warned that parents of children who commit such acts will be prosecuted. News that fans of this subculture have also appeared in Uzbekistan have spread on social networks.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan informed about the emergence of quadrobers in the country, who compare themselves to an animal and imitate its behavior, and warned that the parents of such children may be charged with failure to fulfill their obligations in raising children.

It is noted that in recent times, a subculture of quadroberism has appeared among young people in social networks in the form of imitating the behavior of that creature using accessories that reflect the image of a certain animal.

Such actions are observed among the youth of Kazakhstan, Russia and Ukraine, and they are also found in the city of Tashkent.

In particular, on October 10, images of a quadcopter wearing animal masks appeared on social networks, and on October 11, another quadcopter "attacked" passengers imitating a dog. It was reported that the child who witnessed the incident was very scared.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs noted that these situations contradict the rules of behavior in society and such behavior is completely unacceptable.

According to experts, a quadroberian child may accept the aggressive actions of animals, injure himself and others, damage the child's not yet fully formed psyche, and cause him to be isolated from society.

According to Article 77 of the Constitution of Uzbekistan, parents are obliged to take care of their children until they reach adulthood, their upbringing, education, healthy, complete and all-round development, the ministry reminds.

Also, in accordance with the Law "On Education", parents of minors are responsible for the child's education, upbringing, physical, spiritual and intellectual development. Parents of minors are obliged to raise their children in the spirit of humanity, patriotism, hard work, respect for spiritual, national and universal values.

According to the Ministry, in accordance with the Code of Administrative Responsibility, non-fulfilment of obligations to raise and educate minor children by parents or their substitutes, including causing minors to commit an administrative offense, is punishable by up to 5 times the BHM (1 million 875 thousand up to soums) will result in a fine.

In this regard, the Ministry of Internal Affairs called on parents to fulfill "their moral duties and legal obligations to educate their children in a comprehensive manner."

As one of the bodies responsible for guaranteeing the rights of the child, the ministry has informed that cases of such subculture are considered as a failure of parents to fulfill their obligations.

In addition, the office added that in order to determine how quadruple has affected the child's mental and emotional health, in necessary cases, children may be required to undergo a special psychological examination (confidentially, through friendly methods that do not allow isolation and discrimination of the child).
