In preschool educational institutions in Syrdarya region, 55 employees have been working as leaders in the same institution for more than 5 years, 23 employees for more than 10 years, and 11 employees for more than 20 years.

Also, 67 employees in schools and out-of-school educational institutions have been working as leaders in the same institution for more than 5 years, 64 employees for more than 10 years, and 29 employees for more than 20 years.

Undoubtedly, such situations negatively affect the country's progress and development.
