After 99.45 percent of ballot boxes were counted across the country, the CHP is leading with 37.72 percent of the vote, followed by the Ak Party with 35.52 percent of the vote.

More than 61 million voters were registered in the country, and 206,845 polling stations were established for them. 34 political parties nominated their candidates in the elections. The level of participation in the elections was 78.53 percent.

Alcohol was not sold in Turkey from 06:00 to 24:00 on election day. In addition, entertainment centers were closed.
