On December 8-14, the next meeting of the delegations of the governments of the two countries on the delimitation and demarcation of the Kyrgyz-Tajikistan state border was held in Botken, Kyrgyzstan. This was reported by the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan.

At the meeting, topographic working groups reached an agreement on the 47.05 km section of the Kyrgyz-Tajikistan state border.

It was announced that the parties will continue to work on the description of the remaining plots at the next meeting in Tajikistan.

A corresponding protocol was signed on the results of the meeting.

It was noted that the meeting took place in an atmosphere of friendship and mutual cooperation.
