Is Russian propaganda being spread at the branch of the Russian University in Tashkent?

Meduza published a letter from a student studying at the Tashkent branch of the Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas.

The letter states that propaganda-based lectures will be given at the university every week, and that representatives of the older generation will tell students about the "Special Military Operation" in Ukraine and the brave soldiers of the Russian Federation.

In his appeal, the student even quoted an employee of the Center for Religious Affairs who said that the Russian army is at war with Satanists.

Yesterday, April 14, the Tashkent branch of Gubkin University responded to this letter.

It states that "the person named in the application is not on the list of students at the branch."

The branch has asked the media and the public not to disseminate unverified information.
