Concert in Tashkent by writer who advocated dissolving Palestinians in acid has been canceled
Earlier, Russian writer Dina Rubina, who said that Zionist-fascists have the right to "dissolve Palestinians in hydrochloric acid" and "turn the Gaza Strip into a parking lot," drew criticism. It was unexpectedly announced that she would give a concert at the Turkiston Palace in Tashkent on October 10.
Fortunately, after Rubina's interview with the Dozhd TV channel on July 20 was published, the fascist's concert was canceled. Then, on July 29, Rubina issued a statement, saying that her words had been deliberately exaggerated and used for manipulation. However, the full, unedited version of the interview with the Zionist writer was not published. The Dozhd TV channel also did not comment on the situation.
For your information, Dina Rubina was born in Tashkent in 1953, taught at the Institute of Culture, and was a member of the Writers' Union of the Uzbek SSR. She has lived in Israel since 1984 and writes works in Russian.
In conclusion, it is incomprehensible that people with such a worldview would give a concert in the capital of Uzbekistan. And it is even more surprising that some Uzbek-language media outlets are defending them.
