Because of the boycott, sales of Coca-Cola in Turkey and Pakistan fell
Coca-Cola's sales in Turkey and Pakistan fell 12.2 percent and 22.9 percent, respectively, in the third quarter.
Coca-Cola's sales in Turkey and Pakistan, which is under fire for its support of Israel in the Gaza massacre, have fallen significantly.
It is noted that in the third quarter of 2024, Coca-Cola sales decreased by 12.2% in Turkey and by 22.9% in Pakistan. This is the biggest decline since May 2023.
Last year, the markets of Turkey and Pakistan were among the 10 regions of strategic importance for the company.
In Turkey, even the parliament has joined the boycott of Israel-related brands, which have removed Coca-Cola and Nestlé products from their compound's cafeterias by public demand.
