Armenian army fired at Azerbaijani positions
On April 7, units of the Armenian Armed Forces shelled the positions of the Azerbaijani army. Azerbaijan took retaliatory measures.
On April 7, at approximately 5:15 p.m., units of the Armed Forces of Armenia fired at the positions of the Azerbaijani army in the direction of Shada settlement of Shahbuz district of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic from positions located in the direction of Sultanbek settlement of Pashali district. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan.
"The units of the Azerbaijani army took appropriate response measures in this direction," the Ministry of Defense notes.
Earlier, the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan reported that the positions of the Azerbaijani army were fired upon by the armed forces of Armenia in the direction of Eyrivang, Jamilli and Khojilar settlements in Gadabay, Kelbajar and Lochin districts.
