According to the project, the madrasa will consist of a three-story building and will be able to accommodate 500 students. It is planned to provide dormitories for 250 students.

Three new religious schools are also being built in Shatoy, Achkhoy-Martan, and Grozny districts to train Quran memorizers. Ramzan Kadyrov made the following comments on the start of construction:

"We started the new year with good work. The construction of a modern madrasah has begun in Grozny. This is an important step towards educating the younger generation and introducing them to Islamic knowledge," he said.
