A demonstration in support of Palestine will be held in Istanbul with the participation of 250,000 people

Istanbul becomes a center of support for Palestine

On January 1, 2025, a large march will be held in Istanbul to show solidarity with Palestine. The event, which will be held under the slogan "Yesterday - Hagia Sophia, today - Umayyads, tomorrow - Aqsa," is scheduled to begin at the Galata Bridge after the morning prayer.

Supported by hundreds of civic organizations, the event is expected to attract more than 250,000 participants, exceeding last year's scale and further enhancing the event's significance.

The march is being organized to show support for the Palestinian people and protest against Israel's attacks on Gaza. Participants intend to send an important signal to the world in support of peace as they march through the streets of Istanbul under slogans of solidarity and justice.
