Ukraine: Russian attack in Poltava kills 51, injures 271
The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, announced that the number of people killed and 271 injured as a result of the rocket attack by the Russian army on the Ukrainian city of Poltava has reached 51.
In a video statement posted on his Telegram channel, Zelensky provided the latest information about the Russian army's air attack on Poltava.
Zelensky stated that the number of people killed in the attack has increased to 51, and the number of injured has increased to 271.
Zelensky said that the Russian army used two ballistic missiles in the attack , and that investigations are underway at the scene of the incident.
In a statement, Zelensky said that Russia launched a missile attack on Poltava, the institute was partially destroyed as a result of the attack, and the nearby hospital was damaged.
Also, an eight-year-old boy and his 38-year-old mother were killed as a result of Russian troops' strikes on Zaporozhye on Monday evening, September 2. On September 4, on Wednesday, a Russian missile hit an infrastructure facility in the center of Krivoy Rog, Dnepropetrovsk region. As a result of the attack, five people were injured, but their condition is not serious.
