"In order to maintain stability and constitutional order in the country, in accordance with Article 65 of the Constitution of the Republic of Abkhazia, I am resigning from the position of the President of the Republic of Abkhazia," said the document signed by Bjaniya after many hours of negotiations between the authorities and the opposition.
According to the signed document, on November 19, protesters gathered inside the territory and complex of government buildings should disperse. If this clause is not followed, President Bjania will withdraw his resignation.
