The Moscow government organizes free Arabic language courses for the elderly
Free Arabic language courses are organized for senior citizens - men over 60 years old and women over 55 years old - in Moscow, the capital of Russia. Arabic language classes are organized for senior citizens in Moscow's Dorogomilovo district. These courses are organized within the framework of the "Moscow Longevity" project, which is supervised by the Department of Labor and Social Protection of the Government of Moscow. The relevant announcement was published on the website of the administration of Dorogomilovo district.
During the lessons, students learn the basics and grammar of the Arabic language, as well as acquire enough lexical units to continue communicating with a foreigner.
"Moscow Longevity" state budget institution informed Islam News that men (60+) and women (55+) can participate in the program.
In addition to Arabic, several other languages can be selected, including Turkish. It was reported that the trainings will be conducted by specialists who are native speakers of Arabic and other languages. The Center for Longevity added that there will be a guest day on Saturday, September 28, where you can attend a master class in Arabic.
The organizers emphasize that the teaching of the Arabic language was not chosen for nothing, that there is a high interest in this language among Moscow residents.
