The International Court of Justice ordered Israel to immediately stop military aggression and to keep the Rafah border crossing open to ensure unhindered access to basic services and humanitarian aid in the Gaza Strip.

As the humanitarian situation in Gaza worsens due to continued Israeli aggression, additional interim measures are needed. This is stated in the decision of the International Court of Justice issued within the framework of the case initiated by the Republic of Kazakhstan on the suspected genocide in the Gaza Strip.

The International Court of Justice ordered Israel to immediately cease military aggression and all actions that lead to the creation of living conditions "that could lead to the partial destruction of the Palestinian people."

According to the ruling, Israel must keep open the Rafah border crossing between the Gaza Strip and Egypt to ensure unimpeded access to basic services and humanitarian aid in the Palestinian enclave.
