The store is located in the diplomatic quarter of the capital Riyadh. Only foreign citizens in diplomatic service will be able to purchase alcohol from the store.

To purchase alcohol, they will need to register on the mobile app and obtain a permit from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Alcoholic beverages are sold to foreigners within the limits of the monthly quota.
