Shooting near mosque in Sweden: two people injured

Two people were injured in a shooting outside a mosque in the Swedish city of Örebro. According to Al-Arabiya, shots were fired at worshippers as they left the mosque.

Police are not yet providing full details about the incident.

"We are currently searching for the perpetrators," said police spokesman Anders Dalman. He said witnesses were being interviewed and investigations were ongoing.

A criminal case has reportedly been opened into the incident.

In February of this year, 11 people were killed in a mass shooting at a school in Örebro.
