Russian President Vladimir Putin's state visit to Kazakhstan is scheduled for November 27. This was announced by Kazakh Foreign Minister Murat Nurtleu during an extended meeting with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov.

"The upcoming visit of the Russian president to Kazakhstan on November 27 is of great importance for the development of multilateral cooperation," Nurtleu said.

Lavrov, in turn, noted that "serious preparations are being made for the state visit of the Russian leader to Astana."

"We are seriously preparing for the state visit of Russian President Vladimir Putin to Kazakhstan scheduled for November 27. Now , as we discussed in a narrow circle, several dozen documents are being prepared. "We will definitely speed up their preparation in order to saturate the upcoming summit as much as possible," Lavrov said.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov arrived in Astana on a business trip ahead of Vladimir Putin's visit .
