Pentagon chief gets 'infidel' tattooed on right arm

US Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth has the word "kafir" - meaning "unbeliever" - tattooed on his right arm in Arabic script, The Guardian reported.

It is noted that this tattoo appeared after Hegseth took office as minister.

It is believed that he wanted to express his political position and worldview through this inscription. Tattoos with the inscription "kafir" are popular among extreme Islamophobes in Western countries. They use the word as a provocative symbol.
