"Not Nobel, Nasrallah": Alternative prize may be established in Iran

Abbas Kaabi, deputy chairman of the Iranian Assembly of Experts, has issued a statement saying that the awarding of the Nobel Peace Prize to Venezuelan opposition leader Maria Corina Machado is a "retreat from her duty."

In this regard, the religious figure Kaabi proposed establishing a "Nasrallah Prize" in honor of Hassan Nasrallah, the former leader of the Shiite movement Hezbollah, who was killed by Israel, instead of the Nobel Prize.
