Military operations against Assad supporters continue in Syria
Search and purge operations against former members of the Bashar Assad regime are expanding after an attack on security forces in Syria's Latakia province.
The Syrian army has sent reinforcements to the Latakia and Tartus provinces, consisting of hundreds of military equipment, including tanks, armored personnel carriers, and multiple rocket launchers.

At the same time, those who want to hand over their weapons are being invited to voluntarily come to a nearby security checkpoint.
Clashes continue, at least 50 people killed
The Syrian army continues to clash with forces of the ousted regime, sending artillery and tanks to points in the Jabla district of Latakia.

After Friday prayers, Syrians in the cities of Damascus, Aleppo, Hama, Homs, Idlib, Daraa, and Deir Ezzor gathered and chanted slogans in support of the operations against the forces of the overthrown regime.
Curfew extended in Tartus and Latakia
The curfew in Tartus and Latakia, which began on the night of March 6, has been extended.
Citizens are prohibited from going out in the streets until 10:00 AM in Tartus and until 9:00 AM in Latakia.
Calls to "surrender" from Syrian intelligence

According to Syrian media, Youssef Harba , the leader of a group of supporters called the "People's Committees", was captured by security forces during operations in the coastal area.
