Maldives announces ban on entry of Israeli* citizens

The presidential office stressed that this document reflects the government's firm position on the situation in the Gaza Strip.

According to Gazeta.ru, the government has stated that it will continue to openly criticize Israel's actions and call for holding the state internationally accountable.

In response to this decision, the Israeli* Ministry of Foreign Affairs advised its citizens to refrain from traveling to the Maldives .
