Former Israeli Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman sharply criticized Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and the Military Council. Netanyahu said that he was leading Israel to losses and that Hamas and its leader Yahya Sinwar were managing the war better than Netanyahu in the tunnels.

In a statement published in Israel Today, Lieberman said the government has no vision or plan to manage operations. At the same time, he added that Israel lost international support due to Netanyahu's confusion.

Lieberman called on ministers Benny Gantz and Gadi Eisenkot to leave the military council, saying they too had no influence.

The former minister also confirmed that all those responsible for the October 7 debacle (referring to the HAMAS Al-Aqsa flood operation), including the prime minister, defense minister and chief of staff, must leave the country.

He also stressed the need to create a missile system capable of hitting any target in Iran in 8 minutes, not to put the army soldiers at risk.
