Israeli military installations are located in densely populated areas – Haaretz

Israeli intelligence and military bases are located in the middle of civilian areas in Tel Aviv, according to an article published in Haaretz.

It is noted that the location of the Israeli Ministry of Defense and its headquarters in the center of Tel Aviv poses a serious threat to the population. Given the criteria applied by the Israeli regime in Gaza, all people here are considered "human shields" and "legitimate targets."

Law professor Yoram Dinstein argues that the Ministry of Defense is a military facility and, in theory, could be attacked as a legitimate target.

The Kiria compound, where the headquarters are located, is an even more obvious target. Experts in the Jewish state are proposing to move such facilities outside the city.

Therefore, civilians could suffer significant harm from attacks on military facilities in densely populated city centers.
