60% of the Egyptian population listens to Quran Radio every day. Mohammad Noor, head of the Quran Radio radio station, announced this in his speech at the program dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the creation of this radio station.

He touched on the recent plans of the Quran radio to improve its output, and noted that it is intended to develop the technical infrastructure, diversify the programs and attract young Quranists.

According to Muhammad Noor, when "Qur'an Radio" was launched for the first time, 12 young people joined its ranks and read the Qur'an.

"Qur'an Radio" was established in order to prevent violations of the recitation of the Qur'an and for the correct recitation of the Qur'an by famous reciters.

Since its inception, Quran Radio has gained great popularity among the people of Egypt as well as other countries of the world.
