"We call on the international community to force the enemy (Israel) to comply with court orders and to stop the ongoing crime of genocide against our people, " the movement said .
According to the final decision of the court finding Israel guilty of genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity, Israeli officials should be brought before the International Criminal Court and held accountable for these crimes, the statement reads .
It was noted that the same decision should pave the way for recognition of the Palestinian people's right to self-determination, establishment of an independent state, and the right of Palestinians to return to the lands from which they were forcibly expelled.
Hamas appreciates the JAR's "noble and dignified" stance towards the Palestinian people and their struggle, and thanked all countries that supported the country's decision to file a case against Tel Aviv at the International Court of Justice.

The court ruled that the dire humanitarian situation in Gaza is a "constant threat" and that judicial measures must be taken to prevent it.
The decision was taken unanimously - 15 against two votes.
In addition, the International Court of Justice decided by a vote of 16 votes to 1 to require Israel to take urgent and effective measures to eliminate the "unfavorable living conditions in the Gaza Strip".
The court ordered Israel to submit a report on the measures taken within a month.
