Gaza's medical system on the brink of crisis

Dr. Muhammad al-Halabi, a German neurosurgeon currently in Gaza, spoke about the dire situation there, Jazeera News reported.

According to the doctor, most of the victims are women and children, and the injuries inflicted by Israeli weapons are extremely severe and fatal.

The medical system in Gaza is on the verge of a complete collapse. Hospitals are destroyed, medical equipment is lacking, and medicines are almost exhausted.

The doctor also said that doctors are risking their own lives and trying to help thousands of victims with limited resources.

The publication reported that Israeli forces have arrested more than 80 Palestinians in the occupied West Bank over the past week.
