Cuban President Condemns Israeli Attacks on Gaza Strip

Israel, with the support of the United States, continues its attempt to destroy Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel wrote on his social media page.

The Cuban leader, who accompanied the statement with photos of local residents forced to flee Gaza, said that Israel, with the full consent of the United States, continues to commit mass murder of Palestinians, violating international humanitarian law by striking hospitals, refugee camps and UN facilities.

Diaz-Canel also criticized the United States on March 19, when Israel launched a large-scale attack on Gaza in violation of the agreements.

"Israel, with the full support of the US government, has resumed its bombardment of Gaza. Their goal is to destroy the Palestinian people by any means necessary, with increasing brutality. This genocide must not go unpunished," he wrote.
