When and how are the takbirs of tashriq recited?
This year's Takbir Tashriq will begin with the Fajr prayer on June 5 and will continue until the afternoon prayer on the fourth day of Eid, June 9. This was announced by the Office of Muslims of Uzbekistan.
In the Hanafi school of thought, the days of Tashreeq are considered to be the three days following the day of Eid. This means that the Takbir Tashreeq begins to be recited after the obligatory Fajr prayer on the day of Arafah, and the final Takbir Tashreeq is recited during the afternoon prayer on the fourth day of Eid. This ends. In this way, the Takbir Tashreeq is recited after a total of 23 prayers over the five days.
The takbirs of tashriq are recited as follows:
"Allahu akbar, Allahu akbar, laa ilaaha illallahu, Allahu akbar, Allahu akbar! And to Allah, praise be to Him!"
Translation: "Allah is great, Allah is great, there is no god but Allah. Allah is great, Allah is great, all praise is due to Him!"
If those prayers are made up, even if they are performed at times other than the days of Tashreeq, the Takbir is recited after them.
Furthermore, there is no harm in reciting takbir while walking or sitting, and it is a recommended practice.
Women, on the other hand, say the takbir tashriq in secret.
A person who joins the prayer late also says the takbir tashriq after completing his prayer.
