Flynas and Qeshm Air airlines have temporarily suspended flights to Uzbekistan due to the closure of the Iranian airspace. Jeddah-Tashkent-Jeddah and Tehran-Tashkent-Tehran flights on Thursday were cancelled.

Flynas and Qeshm Air airlines have temporarily suspended flights to Uzbekistan due to the closure of the airspace over Iran, the press service of Uzbekistan Airports reports.

It is noted that this was caused by the escalation of the situation in the Middle East and the closure of a part of the airspace.

The following flights were canceled on October 2:

Flynas KNE633/634 Jeddah — Tashkent — Jeddah and KNE651/652 Jeddah — Namangan — Jeddah

QSM2143/2142 of the Qeshm Air airline on the route Tehran — Tashkent — Tehran.

For information, the Qeshm Air airline company started its regular flights on the route Tehran-Tashkent-Tehran from August 2023. The Flynas airline has launched direct flights on the Jeddah-Tashkent-Jeddah route since March 2023.
